It is my belief that colonics are for the most piece unnecessary and that our bodies naturally cleanses itself if we take right and get enough workout. But what I am indicating is not for people to be vegans or vegetarians, but to once in a while give meat and animal products a ease and just eat plant based repasts for a span of days throughout the year. What does a vegan diet contain of?

It comprises of a lot of leafy green vegetables such as kale, turnips. Chard, arugula, spinach, etc… These greens cleanse and strengthen up the liver and the digestive system as whole. Then there are the colorful vegetables such as carrots, red, yellow, orange bell peppers and tomatoes (which is really a fruit) all are superior antioxidants and full of vitamins and minerals. We have broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage etc that have anti cancer and anti viral properties. From the squash family we have zucchini, egg plants, pumpkins, yellow squash etc full of proteins and other nutrients. Legumes are substantial for a vegan diet because they are the essential protein source. Lentils, beans, garbanzo beans, chick peas etc. are some of the powerful legumes. Other protein sources are tofu, soy milk, and nuts. Whole grains such as wheat, rye barley, quinoa, brown rice, etc, are also important. There is no need to worry about getting enough protein.

All you need to do is eat a variety of these nutrients and you will get all the protein you require. Last but not least don’t forget to drink enough of water. Eating in this way|fashion] peculiarly when you are constipated will cleanse your digestive system as a completely.
